Underword Privacy Policy
Last updated: 4 November 2026
This policy explains how personal data is handled in the Underword mobile game (Android: com.caglarserdar.ipucu, iOS: com.caglarserdar.ipucu).
Controller: Çağlar Serdar. Email: info@nodewires.com.
What the game itself keeps
Your progress, stars, tickets, jeton, jokers and settings are stored only on your device. No account is needed to play. Deleting the game deletes this data.
Advertising (Google AdMob)
The game only has rewarded ads you choose to watch: +1 ticket when you run out, and doubling your earnings at the end of a level. No ads are shown during a level.
Google AdMob may process the following to serve and measure ads and prevent fraud: advertising identifier (Android Advertising ID, iOS IDFA), device and operating system information, IP address (including approximate location derived from it) and ad interactions.
- Türkiye: On first launch you are asked separately about personalised ads and usage analytics. You can play without either; ads are then not personalised and no usage events are sent. Change this in Settings > Privacy choices.
- EEA, UK: Google's consent form appears on first launch. If you do not accept personalised ads, you get non-personalised ads. Change your decision in Settings > Privacy choices.
- iOS: You are asked for tracking permission. If you refuse, IDFA is not used. Change it in iOS Settings > Privacy > Tracking.
- Android: You can delete your advertising ID in your phone's Settings > Privacy > Ads.
Ad content is limited to the PG rating.
Usage data
To improve the game we use Google Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics. They collect level start and result, stars and correct answers, tickets lost, rewarded ads watched, jeton purchases, regions completed, an app instance ID, device model, operating system and app version, country-level location and crash reports. Your name, email, precise location and the answers you type are not collected. Our AdMob account is linked to Firebase to measure ad revenue.
Turn this off at any time in Settings > Usage data. In Türkiye and wherever consent is required, collection does not start without it, and it stops as soon as you withdraw.
Retention
Firebase Analytics events are kept for up to 14 months, Crashlytics reports for 90 days. Advertising data retention follows Google's policies.
International transfers
AdMob and Firebase are provided by Google, so data may be transferred to servers outside your country.
Your rights
Under the GDPR and Turkey's KVKK you may access, correct, delete and object to the processing of your data, and complain to your data protection authority. Requests: info@nodewires.com.
Children
The game is not directed at children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided data, write to info@nodewires.com.
